Yellow Date Fruit

Yellow Date Fruit, is an exceptionally productive cherry tomato named for its distinctive elongated, date-like fruits. The small tomatoes, typically around 15–20 g, ripen to a beautiful glossy golden-yellow to yellow-orange.

The fruits are firm, dense and meaty with an intensely sweet, fruity flavour and mild acidity. One of the variety’s most interesting characteristics is its excellent keeping quality. The firm, crack-resistant fruits can remain on the vine for an extended period and store remarkably well after harvest.

Plants produce spectacular large, branching clusters packed with dozens of fruits, creating an impressive display at peak production. A wonderful collector’s variety combining exceptional sweetness, huge productivity, unusual date-like shape and outstanding keeping qualities.
