Returns, Shipping & Order Policy

Returns

Due to product integrity and phytosanitary safety, seeds cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our premises. All seed sales are final.

Order Errors

If you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Germination

Germination and crop performance depend on many factors outside our control, including soil conditions, temperature, moisture, pests, handling and storage. For this reason, we cannot guarantee germination rates or growing results.

All seeds are supplied in good faith.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

UK and international deliveries may occasionally be delayed. If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with tracking.

For international orders, please note:

  • we cannot refund or replace parcels that are delayed, held, returned or seized by customs
  • it is the customer’s responsibility to check local import regulations before ordering

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and contents. We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
