Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 48–72 hours of cleared payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.
UK Shipping
Flat rate: £5.00
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail.
International Shipping
International orders are accepted, and I always do my best to pack and dispatch them securely. Many customers abroad have received their seeds without issue, but international delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Please note:
- seeds may be restricted or prohibited in some countries
- it is the customer’s responsibility to check local import rules before placing an order
- if a parcel is delayed, returned, seized or destroyed by customs, it cannot be refunded or replaced
- any customs duties, import taxes or related fees are the responsibility of the buyer
Once a parcel leaves the UK, its handling is under the control of the destination country’s postal and customs services.
Lost or Delayed Mail
Royal Mail can occasionally experience delays, especially during busy periods. While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
If your parcel has not arrived after a reasonable period, please get in touch and I will do my best to assist using the available tracking or postal information.
Orders Cancelled Due to Shipping Restrictions
In rare cases where delivery to a specific location is not possible, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
