Returns, Shipping & Order Policy

Returns

To protect product integrity and ensure safe handling, seeds cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched. All seed sales are final.

Order Errors

If you receive an incorrect item, or if anything is missing from your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. A replacement or refund will be provided for the affected item.

Germination

Germination and growing performance are influenced by many factors beyond my control, including soil, temperature, moisture, light, handling, seed age, and storage. For this reason, I cannot guarantee germination rates, plant performance, crop results, or harvest outcomes.

Seed Information & Intended Use

Seed Spells supplies seeds for hobby gardeners, collectors, seed preservation, ornamental interest, and personal non-commercial use only.

Seeds are not intended for professional farming, commercial crop production, resale, or large-scale agricultural use.

Any information provided about flavour, appearance, growing habits, harvest, or possible use is for general information only. Any fruits, vegetables, or plants grown from Seed Spells seeds are grown at the customer’s own discretion and responsibility.

Some seed varieties may be rare, unusual, heirloom, open-pollinated, or not commonly available through standard commercial seed channels. Customers are responsible for checking whether a variety is suitable for their intended use, location, and any rules that may apply before purchasing.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Delays in transit can occasionally happen. If your UK parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch and I will do my best to help track it down.

International Orders

International shipping is available, but delivery cannot be guaranteed.

By placing an international order, the buyer accepts full responsibility for checking local import rules, seed regulations, customs requirements, and restrictions before purchase.

Please note:

- parcels delayed, held, returned, refused, seized, destroyed, or confiscated by customs are not eligible for refund or replacement
- any import duties, taxes, customs fees, permits, inspections, or related charges are the responsibility of the buyer
- Seed Spells cannot guarantee that seeds will be accepted into any country outside the UK

Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and contents. I will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
