New bulls Minusinsk

 Minusinski new Bulls, also known as Minusinskie Bychki Novye, is a beautiful Siberian heirloom originating from the renowned tomato-growing region of Minusinsk, Russia. It produces distinctive heart-shaped fruits, often with an unusual diamond-like form, ripening to a vibrant deep raspberry-pink.

The substantial fruits typically weigh 250–400 g, with larger specimens reaching around 600 g. Inside, the flesh is exceptionally dense, solid and meaty with very few seeds. The flavour is wonderfully rich and pronouncedly sweet, with very little acidity.

Plants are indeterminate, reaching around 1.8–2.2 m, with a relatively slender growth habit and productive trusses carrying several substantial fruits. A superb Minusinsk variety for collectors who appreciate unusual heart shapes, intensely meaty flesh, beautiful raspberry colouring and outstanding sweetness.
