Slivka Gurman

Slivka Gurman (Сливка Гурман), meaning “Gourmet Plum,” is a striking Eastern European variety combining unusual colouring, excellent flavour and impressive productivity. The elegant plum-shaped fruits have a pointed tip and ripen to deep pink-maroon and red, overlaid with dark purple-black anthocyanin shoulders that develop more intensely with good sun exposure.

The fruits typically weigh 50–80 g and have dense, meaty flesh with relatively little water. The flavour is rich and sweet with a pleasant tangy finish, making them equally delicious fresh or used for sauces, drying, preserving and pickling.

Plants are vigorous and indeterminate, reaching around 1.6–2 m and producing abundant trusses of 7–12 fruits. A spectacular collector’s tomato offering metallic dark colouring, beautiful shape, excellent flavour and heavy production.
