Minusinski Temptation, also known as Minusinskoye Iskusheniye, is a rare Siberian heirloom originating from the famous tomato-growing region of Minusinsk, Russia. It produces impressive dark-red beefsteak tomatoes, typically weighing 300–500 g, with the potential for even larger fruits.

The fruits are substantial and wonderfully dense and meaty, with very few seeds. Its flavour is one of the highlights: intensely fragrant, rich and sweet, with a beautifully balanced, traditional tomato character. The thick flesh makes it superb for fresh slicing as well as rich sauces and juices.

Plants are vigorous, indeterminate and mid-season, producing generously and requiring strong support for their heavy fruits. A wonderful Minusinsk heirloom for collectors who appreciate large meaty tomatoes, exceptional sweetness and deep old-fashioned flavour
