Minusinski Grushanka

Grushenka Minusinsk, also known as Minusinskaya Grushanka (Минусинская грушанка), is a rare Russian heirloom originating from the famous tomato-growing region of Minusinsk, Siberia. Its name refers to the distinctive pear-like shape of its beautiful red fruits.

The tomatoes are heart-to-pear shaped with exceptionally dense, meaty flesh, very few seeds and the rich, sweet flavour characteristic of many prized Minusinsk varieties. Plants are indeterminate, vigorous and continue producing throughout the season, so strong support is recommended.
