Minusinski Buls

Minusinsk Bulls, also known as Minusinskiye Bychki, is a treasured Siberian heirloom from the famous tomato-growing region of Minusinsk, Russia. It produces exceptionally large raspberry-pink to deep crimson fruits, typically weighing 350–900 g, with impressive specimens capable of exceeding 1 kg.

The substantial fruits range from rounded-heart to beefsteak shapes and contain wonderfully dense, fleshy and juicy interiors with very few seeds and delicate skin. The flavour is rich and intensely tomatoey with a pronounced sweetness, making this an outstanding variety for fresh slicing as well as thick sauces and juices.

Plants are vigorous and indeterminate, reaching around 1.8–2 m and requiring strong support for their heavy crop. A magnificent Minusinsk heirloom combining giant fruit size, exceptional meatiness, few seeds and superb old-fashioned flavour.
