Minusinski Huge Plum

Minusinsk Huge Plum, known as Ogromnaya Sliva Minusinskaya, is a rare Siberian heirloom originating from the celebrated tomato-growing region of Minusinsk, Russia. Unlike an ordinary plum tomato, this variety produces remarkably large, elongated bright-red fruits, typically weighing 250–450 g.

The fruits are exceptionally dense, meaty and low in seeds, with substantial, almost paste-like flesh and a rich, sweet, old-fashioned tomato flavour. This combination makes them wonderful for fresh slicing as well as thick sauces, passata and preserving.
