Lucifichoise

Lucfichoise is a spectacular multiflora cherry tomato, producing enormous fan-like trusses covered with dozens of beautiful pear-shaped fruits. The small tomatoes, typically 15–30 g, ripen to a glowing yellow-orange with delicate pink-red stripes and blush.

The fruits are tender and juicy with an exceptionally sweet, fruity flavour, often described as having subtle raspberry-like notes. Combined with its extraordinary multiflora habit, the plant can create a breathtaking display when the trusses are in full fruit.

Lucfichoise first appeared in Belgium in 2014 in the garden of tomato collector Jean-Michel Rouffiange and was named in memory of Belgian tomato enthusiast and seed saver Luc Fichot. Plants are vigorous and indeterminate, reaching 1.5–2 m or more. A truly special collector’s variety combining beauty, exceptional productivity and delicious flavour.
