Lithium Sunset

Lithium Sunset is a striking mid-season beefsteak created by American breeder Fred Hempel, with Red Jazz in its lineage. It produces beautifully sculpted, flattened fruits typically weighing 180–300 g or more.

The fruits ripen to a glowing golden-orange, covered with vertical red and orange stripes, while inside the flesh reveals beautiful pink and yellow-orange marbling. The texture is juicy, smooth and creamy, with a well-balanced flavour combining sweetness with a refreshing touch of acidity.
