Liskin nose (fox nose)

Fox Nose, also known as Liskin Nos, is a rare Russian heirloom named after its distinctive shape. The large heart-shaped fruits develop a characteristic long, pointed and sometimes curved tip, resembling a fox’s nose.

The beautiful fruits ripen to a glowing orange with warm pink tones and can weigh anywhere from 150–600 g. Inside, the flesh is dense and exceptionally meaty with very few seeds. The flavour is rich, sweet and fruity, balanced by a delicate citrus-like tang.
