Raspberry Bosman

Malinowy Bosman, also known as Raspberry Bosman, is a wonderfully compact Eastern European tomato variety, particularly suited to small gardens, raised beds and containers. Unlike many large vining tomatoes, this determinate dwarf grows to only around 40–60 cm, yet produces an impressive crop.

The attractive elongated fruits weigh around 70–100 g, ripening to a beautiful raspberry-pink to crimson colour with a characteristic little pointed tip. Inside, the flesh is firm, dense and meaty with few seed chambers and a sweet, rich, traditional tomato flavour.

A medium-early variety that performs well outdoors and requires very little pruning or support. Its dense, low-water flesh makes it particularly good for thick sauces, purées, ketchup and preserving, while its sweetness and firm texture are equally enjoyable fresh. An excellent choice for growers looking for big productivity from a remarkably small plant.
