Baluev’s Minusininsk Beef Heart

Baluev’s Beef Heart is a beautiful heirloom tomato variety, known for its large pink-red heart-shaped fruits and rich, rewarding flavour. It produces impressive tomatoes, often around 300–600 g or more, with a fleshy texture, juicy bite, and very few seeds.

This is a variety that feels both generous and satisfying to grow. The fruits have a soft, balanced sweetness and a full tomato flavour that works just as well fresh as it does in simple home cooking.
