Abbatista Paste

Abbattista Paste is a rare heirloom paste tomato producing impressive elongated plum to pepper-shaped fruits, typically weighing 200–400 g. The flesh is exceptionally dense and meaty, with very little gel and few seeds, giving the fruits an excellent flesh-to-seed ratio.

The flavour is rich and notably sweet with very little acidity. Perfect for sauces, passata, paste and coulis, but equally delicious fresh. Plants are tall and indeterminate with characteristic wispy foliage, producing generously from mid-to-late season until frost.

A superb collector’s variety for anyone looking for a large, exceptionally meaty paste tomato.
